As I've said they haven't got more than 1 player, maybe Saka, who would get in one of their best teams in years past.
Very average squad.

I think he’s bombed out a lot of the bums and made them a more cohesive unit, but I don’t think he’s a good enough manager to put it all together yet, and take them up a level in the league - definitely off top 4 standard.

They have a more settled first 11 and have lost a good number of players who constantly let them down.
But they really lack creativity as their system is very much based on Arteta's instructions but lacks the intensity and guile that a Conte team does.
Also, they have a real lack of goalscorers. Smith Rowe and Saka are bright but they are not going to become elite players, I feel. Theyll do well, but won't be anything special.
Then the rest of the squad has potential but each of these players has flaws too. For example, White is poor in the air and gets caught out, Tierney is a lite version of Robertson, Partey is not good enough, Martinelli is promising but is very very inexperienced.
