Yeah that's truly crazy. We learned years ago we needed backup forwards so we didn't have to play Kane and Son every game but here we are again without any. Really odd

We saw it coming weeks ago in fairness yet got told off for complaining. I hope we get someone in but I am not confident at all. Seems the same mess as normal.

Well yes, as aforementioned by Trix we might be on a slippery slope, but the big difference is that we are where we are and where we have been these last 8 odd years without Mendes having insidiously slid his way into our club. Wolves exist in their current guise because of his influence. The situations are not really the same.

This keeps being repeated, we have multiple strikers on our books. We only have one Centre Forward (Kane).
Not to diminish your argument as I too would be more confident with a back-up who was similar to Kane but if posters keep insisting we only have one striker this argument will repeat itself ad-nauseum.
The noises and ITK are promising so fingerscrossed we will all be happy come close of the window.
Good to see people shitting the bed when we’re top of the league and the scum is rock bottom, 100% record with no goals conceded.
It’s fairly obvious who are main targets are now, the names aren’t secret anymore - bar a surprise deal. I am in no way ITK but I would be shocked if we didn’t get at least 1 in.

Bed-wetters are gonna bed-wet, why didn't we get Martinez and Vlahovic, where was the money we were promised???
Optimists are gonna dream, that 16 yo deadline day acquisition is a game changer and will be the next Ronaldo in 3 years...
I'm excited by the potential of the next few days and I am gonna enjoy the ride...

TBH, the names we are linked with are not a given we will get them. And if you consider the players we have gotten in already, it isn't such a mess IMHO, especially with Kane staying and defeating the oil shitty in the saga.

To be fair, I’ve been told to stay calm for the last four weeks, and we’ve seen very little that will actually benefit the side this year.
We need some threat in attack, some class in midfield and a RB
I’d be stunned if we got two of those three. At this point I’d be kind of surprised if we got anyone.
Not wetting the bed, but feel we’re still pretty unprepared for the season.
If I was a betting man at this point I would go for Aurier and N’Dombele being reintergrated having failed to agree moves and Vinicius coming back in on loan.
We have added Romero for the first team over the entire transfer window who is the only likely first team starter. Gill looks a very promising youngster but is unlikely to start many games this season.
I would call that a mess so far, lets not forget how bad we were last season and we cant blame it all on Jose.
