Was at the open training session today. They separated the main stand into 2 sections, one with the autograph session tickets and the other just for general view. I was in the latter section and thus didn't harbour any hopes of photos or signatures.

Naturally, all players were told to go to the section housing the autograph ticket holders after training ended. But, a few of the lads like Winks, Gazza and Kyle Walker Peters were kind enough to go over to general view section, but will stop somewhere halfway down the line and turn back to the dressing room.

Then, there was this lad who walked all the way down the general view section, till the last fan. Who happened to be me.

Thank you Tanguy for making that long walk all the way to me.

Really nice to read things like this. If Tanguy can continue the same performances he did for Lyon whilst being someone who cares about the fans, we will have a cult hero on our hands.

Thank you for posting.

What did he feel like? A silky panther with muscles bunched ready to pounce? Oh you lucky boy you.

Nice one (y)

Haha didn't had the time to feel him as I was too overcome with excitement, but in training, he was strong as an ox as you would expect. Tell you what lads, him and Sissoko together could be Wanyama-Dembele 2.0.

But more progressive from what I've seen of TN on BT sport in the French league. Neither of the above were good at passing forwards early but this guy makes the pass before the ball has come to him.
He's got so much vision to see things before he receives it.
REALLY looking forward to seeing him playing with Son, Kane and Lucas and Deli if he goes back to a more forward role.

He clearly isn't quite in the best shape yet, hence Poch only giving him half an hour, but a few more weeks of preseason and he should be fine.

Outside of that, it's clear he's super super talented. So excited to see him this season.

The way he turns and dummies reminds me of Dembele/Modric combo - just such great awreness

Love how he lumbers around off the ball and looks generally unathletic. Then he gets the ball and just looks absolutely dynamite.

he is going to have a profound effect in the way we move the ball....to a more direct route. This is what creativity actually is the see the possibility and hit it quickly

Yeh, I’m already waiting for the spurs fan complaints though. People will say he doesn’t work hard enough off the ball. Think today was partly that he isn’t in shape yet and partly just his running style.

Can we shift this to a Ndombele player watch thread rather than transfer rumours?
Why? Planning on losing your access? ;)

All in good time, but yeah, we will move it across when we're ready (y)

But I'll change the title if it helps

He looks so promising. I am so interested to see what he's like when fully fit and honed.
