Look, I like Foyth but he hardly makes us more secure at the back at the moment. He’s entirely too raw and reckless. He absolutely should not be relied upon as an RB or even a 3rd CB yet

He has superb skills moving forward and is quite calm on the ball. However, he continues to underestimate the speed and quickness of the opposing players which leads to those reckless challenges. He does make some solid plays at the position but i'd prefer my defenders to be mistake free even if there is little flash (Think Toby). He may develop into a fine right back but it doesn't appear that he is anywhere close to the finished product.

If he goes best of luck to him, hope he does well over there.

If it is £20m it does seem a little low when compared to the price of other defenders and losing a homegrown player.

Will be really interesting to see how he does over there. I like it when our English players go abroad. More should.

Its like dumping a girl you didnt really like but then realise youll miss her more than you think - sentimental crap

20m really is a pittance though when you see shit like whats his face that went to Villa - Minge

It’s refreshing that the club have recognised that Tripps was a weak link defensively last season and rather than continue have moved quickly to move him on and free up a squad place.

Good luck to him though as seems a model professional.

Good luck to him. Thought he did a good job for us when he was dropped into the team now and again in his first season but always suspected he wasn't good to be a first team regular. Has too many shortcomings imo but hope he does well there.
