Not being funny, but if they bring in 2 or 3 mid-table 'stocking fillers' this summer, they could be in real trouble over the next 3 or 4 seasons.

They desperately need to improve the overall quality of the squad, because it's been hemorrhaging quality for a while now.

I know and I'm sure we're all gutted about that too. Let's hope their next signings have the same sensational effect on them as Lichtsteiner and Denis Suarez.

Our Champions League exploits this season must have been ripping their guts out.

Another season next year out of the champions league will do them real damage.

A Chinese club linked with abaumayang today in the Times.

More of this please. Absolutely certain he will fuck off at the first chance.
I hope it's not true as it would be a bit of a godsend for them as they desperately need cash to compete. 50-60m for Aubemeyang would mean they could make reinvestment in areas of dire need. Hope they are stuck with him until he's 32 and only got a year left on his contract.

I'm not so sure that would go into a transfer kitty anyway.

Would a Chinese side pay £50-£60M for him when they then have to pay the same amount in tax? It looks like the record deal in China is £60M, but that was before they put the tax up to 100% for overseas players.

Whilst Arsenal losing their golden boot winner to China of all places would be hilarious, I reckon this is just him trying to get a new deal. That's fine by me as it'll either eat into their meagre budget or cause him to start sulking.

I think Troopz says all the same things Claude says. He seems like a reasonable guy. His banter with Expressions show that he’s quite balanced.

But he calls himself Troopz so for me anything he says is just null and void...

And they have someone called Expressions too??

Dear lordy...

Oh dear...

Oh dear dear me...

He goes under the moniker of "Expressions Oozing". If he's oozing anything (apart from silly names) he should probably go and see an doctor.

I thought as a club, we were above this type of professional YouTube idiot. Guess I was wrong.

If it was any other position I'd agree

But goal scorers are different, because they (obviously!) effect the game in such a crucial way

You take the Golden Boot winner out of their squad and you're left with a side that can't defend and can't attack

They'll be 8th or 9th by Christmas

Not sure if this has been posted in here

It's a couple of years old, but still tells us plenty about Stan Kroenke...who seems to be a cut-throat scum bag!

It'll certainly be interesting to see what Aubameyang and Lacazette do. Does Lacazette want to spend his prime in the EL and does Aubameyang want to spend the last few years of his peak there too? Or if he can't get a move to a CL team would he just say fuck it and take the money? We know he likes to flash the cash.

If they have half a chance they'll both leave, provided that CL or Chinese clubs are in for them

Why hang around?
