I keep reading his name as Julian Joachim - that’s a blast from the past! :nailbiting:

It certainly seems that we're really interested in either this lad or De Ligt

And if Toby is off that gives us a further £25m (approx.) to add to the transfer fee paid on these guys

Also, if Toby is off realistically we have to sign another centre-back; I doubt Poch will put Dier in there for the 19/20 season

he'd probabaly cost half of what de Light would but he has the size that de Light hasn't got

be handy on set plays

189 cm compared to 6'4" or 193 cm so hardly a man mountain, decent enough player though

6’2 is still pretty big, and when adding his mass as well he’s a proper unit. Don’t see him losing too many aerial duels. Plus he’s only 19 and still growing!

We also had Fazio who couldn’t ever score from set pieces for us, so size isn’t everything.

The height difference is like 1.6 inches. Negligible.

He's taller than Dele, Dier or Alderweireld who are our biggest (exc. the leg weighted Llorente).

Don’t care a toss how tall he is all that matters is has he got the physical strength for the premier league ? If he has he’s half way there and if he can use the ball from the back like Toby then that’s a bonus ?
