What I don't get is people writing lengthy posts during the match about how shit we are and then missing the effort and passion from the players.

The tears signals five years of hard work to get to this point... Its like all his frustrations and emotions and just everything bursting out.

He is such a fan... fucking love him and proper made me cry seeing him...

Last night I heard a football manager wax lyrically about his team and their performance in coming back to win a CL semi final. Tonight I saw Poch's tears.....spoke volumes more.

I have not been his most ardent fan at times, particularly with team selections and substitutions but his introduction of Llorente tonight changed the game...Ajax couldn't handle him and our forwards fed off him like ravenous wolves.

Watching him cry like that made myself and I'm sure many others, realise that we definitely have the right guy as our manager. It's now a question of if we have the right people upstairs to fully back him regarding new players come the transfer window.

Whatever the future holds Poch bared his soul tonight....and written across it was "Spurs". He has my utmost respect.

Its called passion and getting emotionally caught up in the moment.
And lets not sit here and try and be clever about it after the event. We were piss poor that first half defensively and didnt play well.
It was the subs that changed the game.
Does it matter if someone gets wound up and posts whatever?
Who gives a shit?

The journey is just beginning the hard work starts now. Credit must also go to Dan Levy he got Poch the best move his made along with the stadium build. He has involved Poch in all the transformations. We've had to deal with Wembely injuries limited to no funds due to stadium build and not the right players available. We have the right management team in place Poch Levy Lewis whoever we have to back the manager in the market , you can't stand around in football.

Even before tonights epic result against Ajax we have to identify and get the right players in

Long, long time lurker, but I haven't seen this posted anywhere. Translation of Poch interview with El Pais that gives some great insight into his philosophy. And just...no better time to appreciate the guy than tonight. I was fucking dying towards the end. All of my life I've hoped for us to achieve something like this, after so fucking many of the near-misses. That we finally, finally found a guy that has delivered this, and this team, to us. Beautiful.
