Been out all day and have just seen the scores. I cannot believe Utd and the gooners didn’t win! :).

We cannot say we don’t ever get a helping hand, we’ve had an absolute result recently with our rivals fucking up. Relegation form and we’re still almost certain to make top four. Amazing really.

Bit of luck we might sign some fucking players shelfy, and get rid of some of the crappers as well.
Hope so mate although the team isn't that bad unfortunately the top up to the squad that was needed during the past couple of windows means that it's more of a rebuild job, but let's see what levy and poch come up with maybe we are all in for a surprise.

Only Spurs could feel so negative when a club of our stature makes top4 and is in the Champions League Semi Final haha, I can understand the negativity, what I'd say is that we've had extreme fortune likely making top4 but this disaster has come about because of the failings of the board and manager within the transfer windows. With that said they're at least 2 games so we need to get behind whoever is fucking left for one last push and forget about the failings in the boardroom until the games are done with. Let's get behind the players, they are running on empty.
It’s not ‘failings’ though, Poch turned down players it is just that the players who we could afford and who would improve us were not available it happens and we also have too many non HG players of which we need to sell another 2-3 minimum. Yes our lack of signings has effected us now you’re right but it’s not due to ‘failings’ as such imo.

We got lucky with results recently.... Still hope we can win our last game.

Flight took off in injury time of the United game and landed after the arsenal game ended so couldn't even check until now!

We've got away with it, but let's hope lessons have been learned ? ? ?

Seriously, we need to address the squad issues this summer big time, as we'll not get away with it next season.

Isn't it just so nice to relax and know we'll be able to move forward in the window and at least try for the top targets we have in mind. Not sure how I would have coped with a summer of no football knowing we have Europa. It was such a scary thought.

Well I disagree with some aspects in that there were failings because we were unable to shift players out therefore were tied to the homegrown and then we massively fucked up the Grealish aspect of things, for me those are both failings. I believe failing to adequately replace Dembele was a failure although you could argue it was an error not a failure. I agree with your points though about us waiting for the right players and we've been let off huge considering the risk we took.

don’t step out the door into the black land of spurious hope

Every time I’ve been there this season I got savagely arse raped.

I’m staying inside the safe of zone of ‘we’re always going to fail, so have no expectations’. It’s served me well for a long, long time.

It’s great stuff being a Spurs though...
