Yup.

Our total prize money for this year's Champions League run, so far, is €54,450,000.

Broken down as follows:

Group stage participation: €15,250,000
Group match win: €2,700,000 (x 2)
Group match draw: €900,000 (x 2)
Round of 16: €9,500,000
Quarter final: €10,500,000
Semi final: €12,000,000

The final, if we make it, will be worth an additional €15M if we lose, or €19M if we win

That's a decent chunk of change, If we can make the final.

Get to the final and with 70m euros, I’ll take it as Tanguy Ndombele confirmed.

Not doubting your info, but could've sworn we made €55m total for reaching the R16 last year? Are there any other income streams from CL not factored in above - like market pool share?

Obviously this doesn't take in to account the additional ticketing revenue from the fixtures we've played at Wembley and the new stadium, which is probably worth another £10-15M at least.

Can certainly see why clubs are so desperate to qualify for the competition, and why it's imperative we secure a place for next season.

The way he turned Llorente and Sissoko to one of our most important players this season is just incredible. If we all remember last season performances of those two and this is just crazy. If he had been appointed 15 years ago, there would have been giant Rasiak statue instead of cockerel on the roof of the new stadium.

I hope that this performance by the squad given the injuries we have at the minute, will finally mean we see a more adequate squad next season. The failure of not replacing Dembele in January might come back to bite us in the ass.

That celebration of his at the end was not of a guy who wants to go anywhere... he is now emotionally tied in my view.

He was celebrating like any Spurs fan

Great guy

Poch was just interviewed on Sky and the interviewer asked him twice if this was his greatest achievement as a manager. He even went as far as to say ‘just say yes’! Poch didn’t budge and said no, and that his greatest achievement was avoiding relegation with Espanol in his first season there. He spoke really highly of Espanol and you can see how much they mean to him. That plus the tweet above from Newell’s shows how much he’s loved by his old teams (Southampton aside - and that was only because of his loyalty to the chairman at the time).

He’s just a really nice person and a top bloke. Would love him to do a Fergie and stay here for years.
