I don’t believe in the football gods but Liverpool in 2005 things went their way big time and they had a very average team.
Things seem to be going our way ??
Just saying??? very un spursy

A few more performances like that and the term "Spursy" will have a totally different meaning.

The CL calendar shows SF are on 30/4 and 1/5. I just think they haven’t confirmed which is in which day yet
30th Apr and 7th May for both. Not sure if different times.
Edit - seems it's 30th Apr and 1st May then 7th and 8th May

It should also be seen as a triumphant one and a great example of how VAR is a great idea. Whether people agree with the Llorente goal or not the fact is the ref has had a proper look at it and made his decision. Therefore we no longer have a situation where the ref misses a big call. He has made his decision and it can't be considered the wrong one because it's entirely down to the interpretation of the ref. Some refs will give them and some will not but there's no right or wrong, just different refs views. VAR just gives them the time to analyze and make a clear judgement call.

I agree and am 100% for it. The only thing they need to do is show it on the screens in the stadiums. Match going fans have no idea what is going on, we need to see the replays. At the moment it’s set up for only those watching on TV and that’s wrong.

That really was an emotional rollercoaster.

Kick-off - we’re winning

1-0 - level

1-1 - winning

2-1 - winning

2-2 -winning

3-2 - winning

4-2 - losing

4-3 - winning

5-3 - out

4-3 - through

The most incredible match I’ve seen us involved in. Just absolute drama and emotion. I had more than just a tear in my eye. So unbelievably proud of the club. Knocked out that awful oil ‘club’ to set up a bloody CL semi-final against Ajax of all clubs. A team I have huge admiration and respect for. And we get to play the first leg in our incredible new stadium. What a baptism the club is giving the New Lane.

Semi-finals. It just doesn’t seem real. We’ve achieved what Bayern, PSG, Man United, the Madrids, the Milans, Juve, and Dortmund couldn’t. And we’ve done it in the most spectacular way possible.

So glad I let my mate convince me to watch this in a packed bar instead of at home. The place was filled with Spurs fans, and the atmosphere was incredible throughout. At the end it was almost like being in the ground. Don’t think I’ve ever cheered as loud as I did at the final whistle.

City fans were leaving before Sterling's offside goal. Crazy.

And the semis are never played on the same day, one will be the Tues and one the weds.

I’ve been supporting Spurs for going on 30 years, and that was the best night as a supporter I’ve experienced in that time. I don’t know where we’ll go from here, but that was a truly special night,

Football, fucking hell.

From BBC

However, the South Korean will miss the first leg of the semi-final after picking up a yellow card in Manchester.

I thought we were away in the first leg but we are at home. So it’s pretty shit news to be honest. The challenge wasn’t even a booking.

Glad to see him get another 90 mins under his belt!
