I went to this match, the atmosphere was just fantastic and it was constant for 90 minutes. You had kids to pensioners there and no one moaning that they couldn't see.
No you can’t.You can stand in south lower because it was designed with safe standing in mind. Eventually once it's all settled down south lower should by rights be the standing section and so if you want to stand get a ticket in there if you can.
I have some sympathy with people who don't know about stands and either chose or got allocated one there. Technically the whole stadium is all seating. The issue is that the rules aren't matching the reality of what's going on, but that's not the customer's fault. While officially it’s all seater my point about doing research stands (pardon pun). If you’re spending at least a grand on something take 10 minutes to find out what you’re buying. And if you do happen to land upon a ticket for the Park Lane, do your best to embrace it instead of being ‘that guy’.
Sitting down doesnt stop you from bloody singing though does it - it doesn't detract from the atmosphere football has changed standing is a thing of the past
Way to go. Insult 45,000 people in one fell swoop. Are you fucking serious?
Sitting down and atmosphere dont go
Sitting down and prawn sandwich go
If you want to sit down sit in the east West or North stand and stop being a boring fart

That's why I'm 'touchy'. You imply unless you stand in the south stand you don't have passion, and must be a boring fart. That's absolute rubbish. 45,000 people that go to WHL every week and don't want to stand can have just as much passion.Stop being touchy
Football is about passion,
If everyone had your attitude we would be the Emirates

The South stand was designed for the purpose of creating a wonderful atmosphere, most people in that want to stand... Your point of 45000 is pointless as the South stand doesn't represent those figures
If you don't like standing fair enough, but go and sit in other parts of the stadium
Do you really believe that the majority of fans in the south stand want to stay seated??
If you think so you are deluded
it was also designed with the rules being that standing isn't allowed, and when it is it will only be the South Lower
I think the people that have been banned (I think it's just 2) have probably done more than just stand.
_zzzzzzzz
Passion over rules
Get a life Victor meldrew
Is that a fact. We're you there?
No... Isn't it
Fucking know it all

Boing old fart
If it was just a transactional procedure this wouldn’t be a problem but this is life for a lot of people, a religion if you like. You’re walking into a place of worship and there’s things in there that don’t appear on the balance sheet. It’s not a trip to the theatre and if we are to go from 36k to 62k then there’s a lot of new people who will encounter a lot of old behaviour. Which one will win out? In the end probably the balance sheet. But they won’t go quietly.I have some sympathy with people who don't know about stands and either chose or got allocated one there.
