Lots of tickets still available for Huddersfield

Yeah its still restricted to members it seems. It is lots in total but almost entirely its single seats dotted around each block. So probably a few hundred seats in total but almost no groups of tickets next to each other which is probably why they're not selling quickly.

There’s definitely a few options to get 3/4s together around the ground

Will go on your card the day before the game and you should get an email confirming that when it happens.

Any idea what to do if you haven’t received your card yet? Only became a member recently now I live a lot closer but haven’t got the pack through in the post yet. Do I need to phone the club?

Have you recieved email confirming your ticket? Reads something like this...

"Thank you for purchasing a ticket for Tottenham Hotspur v Huddersfield Town 13-04-2019 . As a One Hotspur Member you gain access to the Stadium via your Stadium Access Card, please see below your seat details for the fixture:"

If not you should get an email shortly it will either be as above or will have an eticket (pdf file) attached.

Log in on the app - ticket will appear there. That’s the alternative to the physical card. As far as I understand they are not issuing e-tickets in general.

A way I guess of controlling unauthorised sales. Tickets are allocated to member numbers.

I think as a rule the ticket exchange is only available to the group where the fixture sold out. So members. Have sent them a message suggesting they re-think this.

Makes sense in many scenarios, but here, where there just isn’t the demand from onehotspur members, it is a shame it doesn’t go down to others - i’ve got friends who would love to go.

On the other hand, may make another few thousand pay for a membership in future - seems inconceivable that any prem fixtures will ever go to general sale.

Nah, I’ve only received the original “thanks for purchasing. This is confirmation that your booking/application has been completed.” email. Nothing in the app so far.

Cheers - I’ve got the app but tickets aren’t showing up yet. Are everyone else’s?

Don't think I've seen them on the app at all yet. (That's for Palace / City / Huddersfield) I've also not seen them show up on my online account for either of the test events.
You will get an email today which I would guess will have an eticket attached. They will know that you have only just bought the membership and don't have the card yet. If it was me I would give it until about 4 and then chase them up and ask the ticket office.

I just bought a ticket via Ticket Exchange. I got the confirmation email then another email with a PDF copy of the ticket attached saying I have to print this off. Ticket is not showing on the App (yet).

Does anyone know if you have to print it off or can scan the QR code on a mobile?

Been told you can scan the QR code.

Not risked it myself as have always been able to find a way to print/get printed.

Thanks Dinghy. We found a neighbour with a printer so not having to risk trying to scan it. I had thought it would be loaded on my Membership Card but seems not, possibly because it is the ticket exchange.

Will be my first look at the new ground, can't wait.

How many tickets do we think are left now? I think the latest people can buy is 8.30am tomorrow. Why are they not on general sale now? Better than empty seats here and there (including mine!)

Are ticket exchange sold at straight 1/19th of ST or are they sold on matchday categorised prices ?
