Keep clicking find seats for me and try all the different options. There's still some there that aren't showing on the map

Finally got in at 11.50 and all sold. Wasn't the idea of the stadium to make it easier to buy a ticket...? Or was that a season ticket?

The idea was to get more fans in but during this time our membership has got a lot bigger too.

It won’t be easy for any game in the near future

You could still have a go on the ticket exchange - I don't think that activates until the members allocation sells out.

I logged in around 9:15am and just left it. About 2 minutes after 10am I could see the interactive seating plan and was choosing seats. Added one to the basket and and an error appeared which auto refreshed back to the doughnut!

I left it and after 5 mins it was about 70% and it stayed like that for over an hour before saying my session had timed out. Doh!

Logged back in and instantly taken to the seating plan and was able to purchase two seats for the City game next week without a hitch.

Reading through this thread, along with my own experiences it's just a lottery and there doesn't seem to be a full proof method.

I checked that periodically for Palace but not a single ticket appeared- maybe it'll get better when the novelty's worn off...

It seems like the members allocation is the same as WHL though, with the extra capacity going to STs??

So....we are season ticket holders...son bought our seats for Man City...got a text from bank today saying money had beeen returned from Tottenham.....straight onto ticket office, waited an age to be then told apparently the site crashed during purchase. There was no indication of this at the time and now of course it’s a sell out. Waiting for them to call back tomorrow with a response, anyone else suffered the same?

I got tickets for the Palace game through the ticket exchange in a similar fashion to above in the member sale.

Don't check periodically... As soon as the ticket exchange opens keep clicking the button repeatedly for as long as you can/until you get a ticket.

I found a small program called mouseclicker (https://freemouseclicker.com/) and programmed it to do that every 2 seconds and left it running in eyesight so that when it found a ticket I could finish the purchase in the alloted time. Took about an hour and found 3 tickets.

This morning I simply took my learnings from the last couple of times.... logged in at 10am exactly, got in around 40 minutes later with good numbers of seats to choose from.

I got one for palace through the ticket exchange. As did a guy two seats away from me on the night. Definitely worth checking.

I got in straight away and got one adult ticket using the find seats for me , went as far as my basket and released it, I'm actually after and adult and junior ticket for the Everton game and want to see how hard it would be to get tickets.Got the adult one straight away but no luck with the junior. Can I buy an adult ticket and assign it to my son who is a junior?

wow.... 5 mins and the allocation went ha

They actually went live about 9.57, I got straight on and thought it was a mistake, but after randomly clicking about 20 seats, I managed to get 3 in my basket and purchase them.
There was no donut at all this morning.
