I’ve tried for both games available to one+ members so far, logging on between 930 & 945 for the 10am ticket releases. Both times were a total fail.

Also tried Tuesday last week when more were supposed to be released to members.

No joy, it just turns from the do not refresh message to the sold out message.

Anyone had any success?

If so how did you manage it? Am I logging on too late?

Last week I was on at 6.30am both days, got automatically dropped into the queue at 9am and still didn't get one.
Today a guy in my office went on at 10.05 and nabbed one for Huddersfield, I had no luck.
I read another forum it's more random picks from little groups as opposed to an actual queue. This may or may not be true but whatever the case it's certainly 95% luck.

Its random, you log on at some point after 9am and before 10am, and you might get on, you probably won't, and even if you do you may see tickets that you can't allocate to your basket (speaking form experience last week).
Its a farce, but what choice do you have? I took the Tuesday morning off last week as I figured that was my best chance, I can't tomorrow, missed out this morning, so that's another game I won't get to.

Thanks! Not a great system.

Just went back in again and one appeared for Huddersfield, selected it £55 quid, got all excited, couldn’t buy it, it told me to refresh and it was gone.

That just happened to me.

As you say, what choice do you have?

I’ve tried on 3 days, yet to see any tickets available. I assume available seats show in blue? I have only seen grey!!

Yeah it’s a joke. I never had an issue with old WHL or Wembley but not had a sniff for both Palace and Huddersfield

They should do a ballot system again like they did towards the end at WHL and the likes of United do for their members. Its is the fairest way and everyone has equal chance.

Wasn’t the ballot system done on loyalty points though.

No it was for away games. The home games was just apply and hope you got picked out. I ended up sitting in the west stand for the Middlesbrough game somewhere I hadn't sat for years.

Heard a few say they got their ticket the old fashion way of going and standing in the queue at the ticket office. Not sure how true this is.

So just got kicked out of the queue on my computer but got through on my phone. Despite already logging on it asked me to log on again - claimed it didn’t recognise my details and has now blocked my account for 30mins!!! My details are exactly the fucking same as they were yesterday and this morning when it let me in no problem. ****ing thing!!!

Logged on at about 9.40 got in about 10 minutes ago. Cheapest ticket I could find through the find a seat for me option was £80 for Huddersfield. When choosing my own seat I found a few in the south stand much cheaper however it wouldn't add it to the basket even after refreshing multiple times. In the end went for the £80 one as it'll be my only prem game this season thanks to surgery scheduled in the week afterwards on the 18th April.

50/50 on trying for the City game on Thursday morning. May try anyway as no harm in getting in the queue ready, right?

I got that, go to choose a seat for me then keep trying every option until one pops up working. Despite the seating plan indicating cheaper were available while I was on, it wouldn't add them to a basket. You may have to fork out for a more expensive ticket than planned.
