On the plus side:

If city get to FA cup semi will be before our game and could be Vs United. And if Brighton win we will have a free weekend before the game.

What we need is a combination of Kyle Walker brainfarts moments laced with Sterling finishing as if he was playing with an England shirt combined with an Auguero injury and backed up by a rocking and passionate crowd at our new place mixed with Kane, Alli and Eriksen having absolute worldies along with Verts Toby and Lloris being absolute rock solid, and throw in a dash of kind match officials and VAR going in our favour.... and then we may just have a chance....

Quite possibly the worst outcome. EDIT: If we are to go out, I would rather go out to one of the huge clubs left in the draw as opposed to this lot that are simply buying their way into big ties.

Although, if we can pull this one off I will bloody enjoy it!

Having said that, I hope the squad see Kyle Walker's tweet before they start preparing for the first leg!

That's all well and good, but our last "free" weekend completely destroyed our momentum..

Not sure that's a plus, we seem to play better this season when we're playing games in quick succession and build up momentum.

you must be one of the most pessimistic posters on SC now millsey has left:ROFLMAO:
I'm not worried what anyone thinks mate just speaking my mind as I see it a team that has lost 9 game's blowing out to Burnley and Southampton recently now faces one of the best team's in Europe:):)

The one unknown is what effect the new stadium will have at the old stadium I would have fancied our chances lets hope the new place can be as intimidating as the old to opponents.

was thinking the same thing, love Poch but he had been moaning about no breaks so we couldn't do much training work between games, then we finally get a break and he serves up that, think I prefer the congestion, keeps them on their toes...

I'm clinging onto City's lack of European prestige as optimism. I know a City fan and he used to tell me that Europe is something that they are not too bothered about, their fans don't get that excited about it (mostly because UEFA hit them with sanctions).

Hopefully we are well prepared and our new home will boost us.

I won’t be all downbeat about our chances. I’d have rather we had drawn one of the eauropean clubs though, just simply because we play City twice a season anyway.

I didn’t really want any of the English clubs just because it’s more fun for me personally to watch us test ourselves against clubs not in our domestic league.

Just been speaking to a 'Proper' city fan whos in my team at work. Follows them home and away, all over Europe.

He's nervous about this. His words 'will you lot be in your new stadium?' Yes from me, 'Bollocks' was his reply

He thinks it will be a much harder game for them in our new gaff. He wanted to play us at wembley as he knows that we hate it.

I'm only pissed off with this tie because i wanted a proper European draw, I'd have taken anyone apart from an English team.

We really are a negative bunch of bastards hahaha

Nobody thought we could be Dortmund but we did in emphatic style.

Obviously City are favourites for the tie but they are certainly beatable, football is a funny old game and you never know what could happen.
