IMO he already is gone.If Poch went at the end of the season, how many of you would be considering jumping off the nearest cliff?

No chance our team and squad should be finishing 5th or 6th. It ain’t good enough to win the league but to capitulate from the position we were in to finish outside of top 4 would be utterly pathetic. If he didn’t have a lot of great work in the bank it’s sackable.
Yes our investment is a joke but excusing what may occur this season is a cop out and makes Poch void of any criticism. The owners have let him down but finishing top 4 this season with players we have wasn’t some miracle.

i wouldn’t be. but it would depend who replaced him. where we are right now, i don’t see as some sort of miracle.
only theoretical of course, but i bet there’s quite a few managers who could do what Poch has done this season with the players we’ve got.

New era: new stadium, complete squad overhaul, new manager.
How does that sound? Are you up for it?
No way would Real want him now. They've taken risks with the last two managers and paid for it. They're not going to take a manager who's never won a trophy. They will want someone who is a winner. Basically, Mourinho.I think Real Madrid would bite your hand off for him looking at the state they are in. Massive risk going there due to the rebuild needed and some of the most impatient fans and management in football.

It does beg the question where he could go if he decides he's reached the end of the road at Spurs. Allegri is leaving Juve possibly so there might be a vacancy there....
The Norwegian who has just completely revitalised the Utd squad without bringing anyone new in ???
The team who will unbelievably be level with us on points if they beat Arsenal
Solskjaer? I just don't know what to say to this
Conte, Pellegrini, Mourinho, Benitez. all realistic for our level.
not saying i’d want any of them of course, but they’re all good managers. especially considering that this is the most talented squad we’ve had in years.
Not good enough for WHAT?I never said terrible, I said not good enough. We've issues at full back, central midfield, and one of our star players in Eriksen doesn't want to be here and we've no one competent to replace him.
Wanyama is too injury prone to get any rhythm, Rose can't play two games in a week, Lucas is still living off of his performance at Old Trafford in August, and the jury has always been out on Lamela.
The squad isn't *bad*, nor is it terrible, but it's not good enough. When you take into account the injuries to the likes of Wanyama and Rose that prevent them from playing consistently, and the sale of Dembele, it's worse than last year's.
Just explain to me what he's done to get the squad fighting with us for fourth spot ?? No new signings that's for sure.
Yeah good luck any of them getting on with the chairman and getting money out of the club for a start, you didn't think about that did you, the biggest obstacle it seems for Spurs is not managing the players, it's managing the expectations and lack of investment and trying make a silk purse out of a sows ear, they'd all be gone within a year...also Pellegrini?? please.
Well he's been in the job for 3 months for a start, it's a little to premature to suggest he's on par with one of the best managers in the league, also Solskjaer is very much a one club man who get's Man Utd and has the backing from everyone including SAF, I don't think he repeats what he's doing anywhere else tbh...let's give him at least a full season to see what he does.
