I think the point is that you said a couple of tweeters to desperately try and over exaggerate your point, not that it does.

lol Reading your 2nd paragraph you've missed the entire point yet again :facepalm:

Agree to disagree, I'm done cya.

You don’t answer any questions, cast aspersions, fudge your own point then disappear. Classy. I’ll call you David Cameron from now on

You're trying to angle for an argument, it's obvious.

If you're going to keep spectacularly missing the point and/or deliberately misinterpret my posts then I'm out, I don't have the energy, you just need to accept my opinion and move on.

Actually that wasn’t his entire point.

“Spurs fans need to know they are a proper team, they are a force.”

Right now we are performing better than we have in the entire Prem era. But rather than 90s Newcastle wave of optimism we are worried.

It is strange. Whatever happens next season I wish we would enjoy the moment more. Times are good but you would never know it.

I think largely Spurs fans agree with that. Who hasn’t enjoyed this season? They cherry pick individual voices that don’t, which they choose to not do for other teams at this particular point in time.

A few seasons ago when that was Liverpool, Owen was strangely silent. He’s only grown balls as a pundit as Liverpool are good again. He was Billy Boring when they were shit

And Newcastle won nothing and were ridiculed for it. The original legends. Only now in hindsight is that held up as a halcyon time. Why isn’t it called Newcastling it up? Because the London media has a weird love-in with Geordies. Look forward to seeing this era of Spurs, more successful and for a more prolonged time playing better football than Newcastle under Keegan or Robson, pored over on Sky to the same degree in decades to come (stifles laugh)

And also it’s a different time. There was no social media prominence when Newcastle were good. Sky was different. May as well compare it to 1981 it was so long ago now

You haven’t clarified your point. You just keep saying I’ve missed it, despite me trying to take it at every angle It may be made from. Please enlighten me as your posts don’t

I've already clarified my point on more than one occasion :), you just don't agree with it, this is a forum that's bound to happen, no point getting your nickers in a twist over it let's just let it go.

I’m fine with letting it go but you have said in every post I have missed the point. I’m keen to know what point I’ve missed

If it’s simply I get your point and don’t agree, that’s cool, but that is not what you’ve said.

Also can I add that I find it extremely hypocritical that the meeja laugh at any suggestion Spurs are in a title race then when we are defo out of it they blast the fans for not believing

The sarcasm and disdain dripping from Owen as he mocked Spurs for not being good enough and they’re not really in a title fight. And people on here going “knock yourself out mate” from a pedestal of being on the side of the team? Like what?!

Tottenham Hotspurs Football Club are now steadily competing with others teams ie Man United Chelsea Arsenal , however Man City and Liverpool have moved a level up this season.

What gets me is this groundhog day come the business end of the season, we just need a better mental strength

You should never be a pundit if you have such stupid opinions. Blaming the fans for the players constantly bottling it is pathetic. I wish i could have punched that midget ****.

I agree that Liverpool have moved up a level compared to the last 4 seasons, Man C are just at a top level, but (hoping I'm wrong come the final table) we was 23pts behind Man C last season and don't expect to finish that far behind them this season, which we have done considering everything

I take it that today, Collymore is a fine, knowledgeable pundit :D

In other news I watched highlights of the 20/20 between Windies and England this morning and not once did the commentators mention Spurs. It was the same with the Netball last night, (which I only watched out of interest as to how the game is played :cautious:), not one mention yet Tracy Neville, sister of the United Neville's got mentioned at least three times.

This fucking blatant bias needs to stop.
