Thought Curry was superb today. owens kept congratulating him for doing the right thing at the breakdown but he was right in the thick of it all game. May gets the plaudits but it was between Curry and Courtney Lawes for MOM in my opinion.

I've got to put in a word for Farrell as well. He bossed the game like a puppet-master. Massive player for England.
Sinkler was a bit lucky not to get a yellow. Not that it mattered result wise but still. Nigel did you a solid there.
Stupid stuff from Sinckler but nothing in it really. I'm sure Eddie wasn't happy and I'm sure Sinckler knew it.
I do think the TMO should’ve disallowed thingy’s try for the arm lock. But, again, not that it had any baring on the result.
Should be a cracking game next up. Both teams two wins from two, England should be confident after dismantling their first two performances and looking the best team so far, Wales feeling equally so with their winning streak and home advantage.
In the last few years, especially in wins in Cardiff, England have won the forward battle and just overwhelmed and had a platform they've eventually made count. They'll be expecting for more of the same, even more so how the first two games have gone. Wales though will be the toughest defence we have gone up against yet I feel and I think have more threat in getting the ball wide and getting around our high press rush defence.
As ever, a lot of it will be who turns up and executes their plays on the day.
Agree. It was pretty blatant. Should've been disallowed.
Also, perhaps rather controversially, I'm in two minds about the penalty try to be honest. I don't think it was a given that England would've scored that. Looked like Ashton overran it and got the ball caught between his feet a bit. Personally I think there's a 60/40 chance he wouldn't have picked it up cleanly to score. But as you say, it didn't have any baring on the result so it's all just academic now. I'm not 100% sure what the exact laws are, but for me it wasn't an absolute given that he would've scored, therefore I think a penalty + yellow card would've been a better decision than a penalty try. But like I say maybe the ref is bound by the laws in this instance, I don't konw.

There's no such thing as a 'nailed on' try. Check out the Freddie Burns incident. The penalty try was given on the probabiity of Ashton scoring and the French guy tackled him without the ball, thus making it impossible.
Eddie isn’t wasting any time with the mind games I see.
Tbh, I don’t get the fuss some are making of it.
What's he done?
