its been said to death already but the ref had a nightmare. First foul called on Leicester in the 52nd minute and he takes two similar situations and awards them a pen and Son a card. I really hope he gets a couple weeks off.

Can we apeal sons yellow? Doubt it would make much difference for the rest of the season, but we should if we could.

We were poor, Leicester were very good and didn’t deserve to lose. If we put a performance in like that against Dortmund we’ll get our arses kicked.
WHAT?!!!
For fuck sake, when will some people be content? We have won all of our league games without Kane and Alli and for a spel without Son, and yet " we were poor", "we will get our arses kicked".

May I suggest you unpleasable lot go off to support Man City. They always play well, get top talent, have money to burn and a terrific reknowned manager. Must be a perpetual orgasm supporting them.

Me, I'm sticking to being third having spent fuck all for over a year and beating teams that for some magical reason don't deserve to be beaten by us.

I think we went three at the back because our full backs were being caught out up field leaving only two defenders we changed to make it three to cover that space. The problem was that it left us light in midfield reducing our press which we rectified by bringing on Wanyama.

Hate this from Schmeichel sr. Putting pressure on the board to sack Puel. It's completely classless.

There's obviously huge egos in the dressing room that Puel is standing up to, much like Poch did when he started. If Gray was as good as Kane then Puel might have gotten some success yesterday.

I'd guess at thirtytwo Jamey Vardy is not in Puel's plans beyond the next couple of years and he is trying to build for the future so perhaps a game like this where you really aren't likely to win is a better option to try something new than against a more equal team, as it happens it probably did better than he expected. He is trying to develop an alternative way of playing to the old defend defend defend kick it up to Vardy and hope he can score.

I find the debate about Eriksen bemusing. It is clear to all that over the past few games he has not played at his top level (but which players do? - not Messi, not Ronaldo, etc). However, he won yesterday's game for us with a wickedly wonderful cross for Sanchez's header and he scored.

If all of our players were able to perform at his current 'poor standard', we would be out if sight at the top of the table.

Anyone got a vid of Sons "dive" ? I really wish refs would get more shit for these sort of shocking choices.

There was contact but Son made it easy for the ref to "make an example" of him by the way he went down. I don't think it was an overly "shocking" choice not to give a penalty - it certainly wasn't as clear as Harry getting taken clean out against Burnley, for example. It was made to look a poorer decision by the fact that the "foul" that gave Leicester a penalty was very similar indeed.

I suppose we ought not be surprised, no referee has awarded us a penalty since we were playing at White Hart Lane.

I ment the choice to give him a yellow was shocking.

Clear to me the Leicester dressing room needs a small sort out. They have an exciting squad which if they stick with their current Manager should do well next season but he needs to be brave and jog some on.
