Get in. Chavs will likely still win but this gives them something to stew about at half time.

Dont be a plonker.

Come on, it helps a bit I reckon! Last year you had Rio Ferdinand and Gary Lineker calling him a symbol of hope in post match analysis:ROFLMAO:

Remember the channel four documentary on him?

Such chat doesn’t happen if he’s an atheist Englishman.

Can't see it imo. Only a fully fit squad may have a chance - but I doubt it .

As long as we don't obsess on catching Liverpool and just focus on achieving the very best we can - then there's no reason not to hope. But also no reason to consider not going on a winning run for the enire rest of the season as somehow a "failure".

I guarantee if he were English he would be getting booked left right and centre for it. It’s crazy that he gets preferential treatment. The fact he’s one of the most high profile Muslims in the world and his ethnicity certainly seems to help imo.

Oh hai Steven Yaxley-Lennon!

Opposition managers need to absolutely bring it up before games. He is the highest profile diver in the division.

No offense, but it's ridiculous to suggest that his religion and ethnicity has anything to do with how refs treat him.

This post wouldn't look out of place on RAWK, its incredibly laughable.

It's nothing to do with Salah's ethnicity. It's purely because he's the poster boy for Liverpool and they're a media darling.

I think this is a sentiment we can all agree with.

Except maybe the snapping leg but. Bit harsh. Spot of gangrene perhaps?

He’s a media favourite. There can be no doubt about that at all. Why? Is it simply because he’s a brilliant footballer? Dele and Harry get far more grief than he does for alleged diving.

Perhaps. Maybe it was the ridiculous documentary last year and the silly chat by Rio and co that made me think he’s being overegged for other reasons.

There you go. You managed to make the exact same argument that no one will disagree with and all you had to do was leave out his race.

Not hard.

It was a foul regardless today so I don't know what the fuss is about, some of you sound really desperate like the Chelsea fans going on about Kane supposedly diving in the week.

Of course the "argument" that Salah gets favoured because he's Muslim and therefore protected is NOT AT ALL lazy af.

Ffs.

I meant it was down to his extra popularity within the media. He’s “overpopular” within the media and the game imo, which in turn might create circumstances where he is favoured by officials.

Of course the ref won’t think ‘got to be a pen because he’s Arabic’! I didn’t mean that all:ROFLMAO:

Another fucking penalty. When will defenders learn that you literally can't touch Salah or he will go down and get a pen.

You’d hope that. The coverage he gets for diving would start to see him not get them but it hasn’t. Similar to what happened to Dele a couple of seasons ago. He got decent penalty shouts turned down numerous times.
