He's a solid number two and his better footballing ability in terms of kicking highlights how important it is for our footballing philosophy.

Questions the long term future of Lloris IMO.

A key position for the club to look at long term.
I think we made a mistake not getting Pau Lopez on a free this summer and loaning him back to Spain for a couple of years. He seems to be fairly highly rated over there.

His kicking and alertness really adds another dimension to our game, he had a hand in both our goals because of it, which is great especially for a keeper. Not sure Hugo would of done that even.

Definitely overtaken Vorm as Lloris’s backup, looking a shrewd bit of business considering many criticised the signing at the time.
Time for Vorm to move on, he’s been a solid backup keeper, but we need a HG keeper in the mix, and I’d say Gazzaniga has surpassed Vorm now. Quite frankly I’d give one of our young keepers like Austin or Whiteman the 3rd choice spot.

Moment it was announced yesterday I had no doubts. With Vorm in goal I get nervous, with Gazza I'm confident. 100% win rate continues and another clean sheet too. Excellent.

He's been brilliant. I think he will really give Lloris the kick up the arse he's needed too. Competition for places can only be healthy.
