Its weird that FA Cup semi's are one offs at Wembley while League Cup semi's are 2 legged home and away fixtures. Should be uniformed and at Wembley, IMO.

No I’m wrong. Checked it....no extra time except in the final. Away goals do not count double at all. Straight to pens if it’s a draw after two games in semis..........They changed the rules summer 2018

English clubs know the importance of young talented home grown players, so if they are going to lose then, they won't deal with other clubs in the top 6 or 7 and letting the. Go abroad where it won't hurt them as much.
