Getting in Pulisic and letting go of Hudson-Odoi is peak Chelsea, you watch Bayern develop him and then Chelsea will buy him back for £70m :D

A teenage boy says a football steward "man-handled" him as he filmed outside Chelsea's ground, leaving him traumatised.

Disgraceful.

Particularly like the last paragraph:

"The Chelsea Supporters' Trust said in a statement: "We would like Max to know that Chelsea supporters are very disappointed to read his account of what happened and would like to offer heartfelt apologies to him on behalf of all of the decent and fair-minded followers of our club."

That'll be all three of them then.

I would feel bad for him if he wasn't one of those vlogger types. Can't treat them harshly enough IMO.

before anyone gets their knickers in a twist yes I'm joking.

If they’re desperate for a striker couldn’t they have just actually recalled Abraham and given him some chances?

Or am I just being silly here lol.

Suppose Sarri's pleas for their fans not to engage in any anti-Semitism chanting will be ignored.

Feckin weirdos, totally missing the point that Abramovich is Jewish.

So they’re signing Nicolò Barella for 45m

I don’t have a view how good he is but I had understood he was handy. Anyone have a view?

Hudson-Odoi is the type of player we should be going for. Him going to Germany to play is a disgrace imo. CFC buying Pulisic and letting Odoi go is also a disgrace

He'll develop over there like Sancho has done, he's potentially a world beater.

Best place for these guys tbh, going away and growing up, learning different cultures, playing styles etc...

Mount, RLC, and Foden should go to Germany next season too if they dont want to toil away.

Works well for a lot of other national sides too their players playing abroad.

Germany, Spain, and in particular France and Belgium all have players that go and play abroad bringing difference experiences to their national team squads.

Up until Sancho in recent times aside from odd player such as Beckham and McManaman have both been successful at Real Madrid (Owen not so much so) the rest all play in English league, which whilst a very strong league perhaps can limit the national side a bit and makes us a little unadventurous (especially when you have clubs like Chelsea doing their best to ruin English talent).
