If the agent is giving Sunderland the run around I doubt we'll sign him, will be ringing up every club he can to get the biggest bonus.

So this thread about his situation on reddit, comment about him as a player:

"He's actually a really fucking good player. Don't just see "Sunderland" and assume shit player. He's scored 14 goals out of 22 apps, and is currently responsible for 1/3 of Sunderland's goals. He is a absolute machine and our best player by far, with lots of potential."

Young, best player in their team, league one, very cheap with 6 months left, U21 next season so doesn't use a squad place for 18 months. Dele mk2? Even if it doesn't work you're guaranteed a profit and if the likes of Solanke are selling for £19m I can't see a downside here.

He is from South London originally so no problem moving to us.

Bournemouth have paid 19million for a striker who doesn’t score goals ? Madness
Tbf that could just be related to the fact that he doesn't play matches, though that might we'll be even more madness...

We'll probably wait until all the mega clubs are interested and then be priced out.

Actually didn't bother the first time I saw his name, just watched some youtube highlights now then wow - even for highlights standard and league 1 competition, his composure and low driven shots towards both corners, from both feet...very impressive.

the question is is he more capable than Parret, who has one goal in league one this season.

I like the look of him.Two footed striker with good hold up & link up play. Almost has that look of a player like Kane only more mobile. But I cant see us going for him somehow.

That "somehow" you're referring to is because we would have to give money to Sunderland in order to get him.

Which is more likely: League One contract rebel and documentary star, or Bundesliga bagsman and international star?

I’d take Maja in a heartbeat, and loan him back, good to have him on the books at least, at the rumoured 1.5 mill, an absolute no brainer
