Sounds messy and also goes to show how it is filtering its way through out the game, not just at the highest levels. Hopefully Sunderland get some decent cash for him and manage to plow it back into players for the long term.

It would suggest someone has been in his ear.

Just watched his youtube reel, and good to see how he shoots and scores with both feet. If he can be picked up for a low fee he's definitely worth a gamble, and helps add another English youth to the squad

Stewart Donald taking transparency to a whole new level.
I started following him after we were originally linked because he legit seems like he might be a crazy person and it's sort of funny and fascinating to watch.

The name Donald J Trump springs to mind reading his tweets. Hold the all caps and the witch hunt and the petulant name calling, of course

Don't think I'd want him at Spurs tbh going by his (alleged) behaviour.

What alleged behaviour? Dithering over signing a new contract because of advice from his agent that can help advance his career to a bigger club? Unless you're a Sunderland fan I don't see anything wrong with that, more like standard behaviour for a 20 year old confused by his options

The alleged behaviour detailed in owner tweet in posts above (if true of course...).

Players employ their agents, right? If he wants to stay at Sunderland it's ultimately up to him, surely?

Might end up being of a Dele Alli situation. Sign him in January and send back for rest of season on loan.

Meant to be a very good young prospect, be happy for us to sign him.

Considering Liverpool just sold Solanke to Bournemouth for £19M, a player who at 21 has scored just a single goal in his PL career, surely there is no risk attached to bringing this kid in and giving him a few sub / cup appearances, because if it doesn't work out then we can still quadruple our money selling on after 18 months.

Bournemouth have paid 19million for a striker who doesn’t score goals ? Madness
