So it's really looking like the Solskjær thing has legs. I really am very surprised.

A deal until the end of the season before returning to Molde means he'll miss about a third of the Norwegian season (which goes from late March to late November), which I don't think will be a stumbling block for Molde.

I'm astonished that it's looking like OGS. They'd essentially be relying on the players, like when Di Matteo was at Chelsea.

Surprised it's not Bruce and Keane. Neville would surely do a decent job too.

Neville is too busy critiquing other managers to actually manage. His hilarious tenure at Valencia etc.

I really don't get it if they appoint Solkjaer. Is he really going to be better than keeping José? It's a big risk.

So they are appointing a technical director and a caretaker manager.

What if the caretaker manager has a blinder. They’ll appoint him long term, surely?

I hope their khazi cleaner manager gets them relegated. And I hope it's Solksjaer that does it, the smug little fuckwad.

Fat chance, but you never know.

They had to get rid of Jose - he and the players were at odds. Something had to give, and you can't cut the entire squad in mid-season.

Bitter because he stayed loyal to Ferguson and United instead of moving to N17? Too few of those type of players. Respect.

I think there’s been a massive over reaction to mourinho’s time at Man Utd. I bet he’s a success in the next job he has. There’s a reason why him, van gaal and moyes all struggled at Man Utd and I bet the next guy does too.
