Vorm could go - but not for much money - but it should free up a non-HG spot - if Levy has extra money to spend.

Wanyama and Dembele are both possibilities - but injuries may scupper those plans.

Sissoko and Llorente - Sissoko is an oddity - with the current injury list, we can't afford to sell unless we have a PL-ready player to step in immediately. Llorente could go, but for not much money

Trippier - I agree here - but the player will have to agree to go, and the only way that happens is if Poch stops playing him...this is down to Poch.

If we really need money - the most likely to be sold is Alderweireld...these players won't bring in enough collectively to buy one decent CM/DM...
Yeah, not moving a lot of these guys in the summer was just a killer. Dembele was a prime candidate for a decent fee and that is completely shot now.

It is the wishlist after all right? haha

Both MOTD and SKY highlighted Morgan Gibbs-White's performance against us for Wolves. Looks a real talent at 18 years old. And home grown.

Actually spotted him at the U17 World Cup. If I can see this shit no idea how our scouts don’t lol. Might have had a chance last year before they got promoted. No chance now, well not for realistic money.

But why would Wolves sell for a modest fee? They have money and probably believe they have a potentially high quality player on their hands.

Fans need to stop thinking if we bid early enough we can get all the quality players.

I said they wouldn’t now but might have had a chance a year ago.

Has anyone paid attention to Palace this season?

Just wondering about Max Meyer. Used to be considered a potential player and now is trying to salvage his career.

Not easy to feel optimistic over transfers. Even if we get someone, will he play? Such an established player as Lucas barely played when he arrived.

But he is now. Poch likes slow integration, seems to work well.

Though it is s reason I am not as bothered about transfers this Jan as some.

Any signing will mostly be for next season, we won’t be buying anyone to save our season.

Llorente and Vorm are out of contract next summer, so they indeed won't go for much money.

He's on over £100k a week at Palace as part of his Bosman deal, and so far has done the square root of f-all there. So, no chance.

No opinion on him, haven’t seen Palace other than today.

Just asking if anyone had seen him play much this season.

IMO circumstances were different with Lucas. He hadn't played much for PSG prior to joining us. He was obviously unfit. In addition, we weren't desperate in the attacking midfield/forward positions. Even though I didn't necessarily agree with him at the time I can understand why Poch eased him in gradually.

However imagine we signed a DM tomorrow. Would Poch take his time to integrate him as he did with Lucas? I'm not sure. Needs must. Currently we have no one else to play defensive midfield and with such a busy schedule I think Poch would probably select him relatively quickly. Someone like Barrios has been playing regularly for his club side and should be fit and ready to play. Obviously there are tactical considerations too, but I think these can be overcome.

Sure Dier will regain fitness eventually, but I don't think we can rely on Wanyama any longer. He's just had one too many injury/fitness issues.

the reason Lucas barely played was after ½ a season he had only played 79 minutes, so he might of had some fitness in training, but had nothing in terms of match fitness

looking at the 2nd half of the Chelsea, Palace match the 1 thing that stands out is Zaha's overall work, if he hasn't got the ball he isn't involved. even noticed him standing there watching Chelsea building up an attack

Done okay, shown a bit of quality and most palace fans I've seen think after zaha he's the next best player in the squad and wondering why he hasn't been played more

IV never been his biggest fan. Didn't really understand why people wanted us to spend 70 mil on him over summer. He is talented but for me he isn't better then any of our current AM/WFs. I would take Lozano over him any day of the week. Zaha may be better then him now but he's not so young any more and Lozano is only 22 and has heaps of potential. Not that we actually need another WF.

On a 4 year contract. Would cost a few quid if he's any good.

Definitely one to watch, was really impressive from the 18 year old. Think he has a very bright future and we should be watching him closely.

And Brooks who Bournemouth picked up is a lovely technical player, for only around 10m as well. We did have interest in him apparently but it didn't materialise unfortunately. I would have preferred him to Grealish. But he does have a bit of a injury prone past. I'm glad to see him getting chances in the Premier League, be good to see how he develops.

The thing with Brooks is the pathway to 1st team football. Going to Bournemouth he most probably thought he had a chance to play week in week out, the same reason Maddison went to Norwich.

Here is a crazy idea, how about we take a risk on some of these lower league players and loan them out so they get game time ? We did this effectively under ‘Arry, I love Poch but I really don’t see his strategy of keeping our young players training with the first team and getting no / little game time working out. Remember when we loaned Walker to Villa then QPR or Rose to Sunderland, I just don’t see that type of loan / progression happening under Poch. Even when it didn’t work out like Pritchard it still means we get decent transfer fees to add to the kitty.
