Just done the cashback on the ticketing website. Its says this once you've put in your bank details. Fees deducted WTF?!?!?
Transfer successful
You will receive £XXX after fees have been deducted
Think I'll just leave he Liverpool refund in my account and use it for those tickets, won't be around for cardiff game so ill withdraw that one.
Payment is processed on the 10th of each month, so a bit of a wait.Processing payments once a month, can only assume by the end of the month. Still a bit of a liberty, but better than nothing
so what was the point if you have to shell out money for the Liverpool/Cardiff game, and you still haven't for money back on this until mid spetPayment is processed on the 10th of each month, so a bit of a wait.
I don't work for the club, so cannot answer that question.so what was the point if you have to shell out money for the Liverpool/Cardiff game, and you still haven't for money back on this until mid spet

This may be a stupid question, but does anyone know if we leave the credit in our account whether this can then be used against future tickets (Liverpool, Cardiff, Cup etc)? I would've thought so, as it was the case with the Fulham game but on the email they sent yesterday it says:
"If you wish for the refund to have cleared in your bank account before the planned on sale date for the Liverpool fixture (to be confirmed), you will need to have submitted your bank details by 12noon, Friday 17 August."
So I don't understand why you would need the refund in your bank account before the Liverpool tickets go on sale, if you could just use your credit against them?
Cheers
The email sent out yesterday says it will be in your bank account by 24th August if you do the transfer by 12 noon Friday 17th.
Of course this transferring funds is OK for computer/internet savvy people but not everybody is, many people are loathe to use online banking..
I have 8 pounds more than 3/19 of my season ticket - £42 for Fulham ticket on my ticket account.
Thanks, Dan!
You don't need to do online banking, you just need to put in your account number and sort code. They're calling it a transfer but really it's just a case of giving them your payment details.
It's all your fucking fault Ricky!...sort this damn mess out now!!I don't work for the club, so cannot answer that question.
