If I had known that I would have taken the refund optionCall the ticket hotline, they did mine without fuss.
Shouldn't really be having to call to get your own money back, but hey ho.

My refund for ST re Fulham ticket showed up on my account today, it was dated 31/7 so they were a day late in refunding.
Where does this show up?
I can't see anything about a refund in my account. Tried purchasing a seat for Fulham at Wembley (not that I want one) and it wanted me to pay the full amount on my card so clearly there's no credit on my account.
Also still to receive a refund for my One Hotspur + membership.
Shambles.
I recieved this today from the club. I see their is a few more left to sell. Must be fewer than 100 now.
I trust you are well and looking forward to the upcoming season in our new home?
Just a brief courtesy note to inform you we are now down to the very last few remaining 1882 Season Ticket + memberships.
As a member, we would like to extend to you a referral option should you have any friends or family that would like to join you in taking a founding 1882 season ticket + membership.
Should you have anybody in mind, please revert and I will advise on remaining availability.
Details on benefits and inclusions found here: 1882 Season Ticket
Furthermore, should you have any other queries, I will be happy to help.
Kind regards,
Anyone got any idea what the refund breakdown for 1882 members will be seeing as it's a piece of the package I don't believe can be replicated at Wembley due to its unique strategic location based in the south stand?
Yes sirharryhotspur is correct. Thats how much i got for fulham and i expect the same from pool, cardiff and probably city too.
So they refund you in cash but only when you make a purchase? Bizarre.
I will have to contact them when things calm down a little.
When's you say you can see it online, where is that exactly mate?@ gregga
Not quite. The money is put in you account and you can see it online but only now after the 2 additional games being moved to wembley are they giving season tick holders the option of taking the money out to return to our pockets.
Before this latest stadium delay the money was in you spurs account and only to be used towards buying a ticket in future (cup games, europe, away games ect). Thats my understanding. Only now are they allowing the option to take out. £347.34 is what i should get which amounts to 3/19th of my season ticket. Fingers crossed i get alot of home tie cup matchez to make the original outlay of 2200 more bearable. The more domestic cup matches i get the more lower the average cost per game will come down for MY season ticket.

I'm looking at my account and I can't see buggar all.
Cheers mate, thought I was going mad, can't see anything about 'account cashback' either.Right so im not entirely sure wtf is going on. Earlier today i went onto my account and it was there under a tab titled as 'account cashback'. I clicked on it and it took me to a page and it had the 115.78 on there.
I dont know wtf is going on now. Ive just spent 15mins on there searching but now its gone!! Updating? I dont kno il keep checking. I tried to reload the page from my history but it wont work.

Completely agree.I havent had anything from the Fulham game show up in my account. I really cannot be fucked to call the ticket line but i fucking will for £70... they could have kept it if they brought anyone or anything.
Just all hugely unsatisfying
I decided not to buy my seat in the same position as last season, but got one in the lower tier for £45 & all I got back was the £45 (eventually), not the extra amount of credit that I should have received back into my account (something like £7).
I will wait to see if they add it to the credit for the Liverpool & Cardiff games, but I'm not expecting it to happen without more emails/calls to the ticket office.
