The prices for footballers is getting stupid
Agree but these are the times we're living in, the money Prem clubs receive these days from TV and the PL ultimately makes these players more expensive.
But if poch has marked him down as a purchase then we trust his judgement surely.Another tough tackling midfielder that doesn't create or score much.
As a coach I trust him 100%, buys are hit and miss but of course he should have total freedom to buy who he wants with his budget. But if poch has marked him down as a purchase then we trust his judgement surely.
I do think this is an area we could do with upgrading in especially as wanyama spent a while out last year and came back not the same player as before, whilst dier who does a job for the team is not as mobile or has a great range of passing for the role.As a coach I trust him 100%, buys are hit and miss but of course he should have total freedom to buy who he wants with his budget.
Wilma is more or less signed up, so he is competition/replacement for Wanyama. Ndombele would be a replacement for Dembele, a class midfielder that can create and score goals is vital and gives the opposition something else to worry about.I do think this is an area we could do with upgrading in especially as wanyama spent a while out last year and came back not the same player as before, whilst dier who does a job for the team is not as mobile or has a great range of passing for the role.
So potentially this would make sense if the club do decide to purchase him I welcome the move with open arms.

It’s just ridiculous though. When does it become worth spending so much. Will that player make that much difference between finishing third and winning the league. I guess that’s what we have to weigh up.
