Was a buy back clause inserted in the original sale I wonder... Imagine if there was.

This thread got bumped after news of a signing being hush hush.

Don't do it to me.

Someone will jump in here if I am wrong - but I think we still have a right of first refusal on deals to the PL.

But, unless Uncle Joe wants to toss a few million into the club - we don't have the budget for the signing, or the wages.

At this point, with all of our outgoings, we could theoretically pay the transfer fee and still not be really hurt in the net spend department. It's the wages that are the problem.

He is always injured and he needs to be full fitness to take dvantage of his pace and power. I think he's finished as a real top player

So what you're saying is he can be had for a cut-rate price?

Gareth Bale, Gareth Bale, he was born to play for whoever could afford his weekly wage!

Sadly, not us

Bit injury prone, but would be a decent bench option/Son backup

According to youtube movies, he looks like the kind of player who'd be useful in the group stage of CL though. Tons of experience too, surely. And he is used to Wembley. I actually saw him there when he was 17.

Do we really need a 'man bun' on the pitch? Do well? Hell no is the answer, hell no.

Hahaha! If we had the ability to sign Bale we wouldn't fuck about for a majority of the transfer windows trying to get transfers on the cheap.

That's like saying I have a penis and Kelly Brook has a vagina, so in theory we can have sex.

Problem is I have no idea where to find her and I doubt very much she wants to have sex with me .

It would be funny if we were buying bale based on the fact we have done the opposite of what we did that window.then we bought loads knowing we would have money.this time we saved shitloads knowing we have an outlay
