How can there be a substitution and stoppage of play within the 4 minutes of added time and the final whistle be blown on 94 minutes and 13 seconds???

that being said, if i was mou i would still prioritize europa. he probably knows he wont be able to beat chelsea at full strength either ways.

I remember him doing something very similar at Anfield a couple of years ago........ that worked out quite well so you never know.

1st goal is crucial to this game.

I think it's more a case of he is not interested in who wins the EPL, as it won't be his team.
He is focussed on Europa. Him saying anything else is purely lip service.

unfortunately..... winning the europa league is man utd's BEST hope for champions league football. oh how far has that club sank.

UTD still have Chelsea, City, Arsenal and us to play in league so I can see why EL is their priority but it's gutting to see such a huge club behave this way.

EDIT - The positive is that maybe we can expect them to field such a weaker side when they play us.

Alonso out. Wasn't bothered about Courtious' injury but Alonso has been excellent at wing back and perhaps disrupts their shape a bit. .
