6 hours left. starting to think that that "Levy has done it again" ITK refers to Levy leaving us short again. who knows though

Ali Z said:

"Don'r know if related but got this message "no, wait till later" in reponse he to my he has done it again question, could be anybody but my guy knows his players so not anybody crap imo."

Given that this came in the immediate aftermath of finding out that Isco was 'definitely not happening', I read this as Ali Z asking his source the question "has he done it again?" (ie has Levy left it too late) and his source saying "no, wait til later".

After re-reading and seeing your explanation I tend to agree with you. Cleaned up: "Don't know if related, but got this message: "no, wait till later" in response to my "has he done it again" question. Could be anybody but my guy knows his players so not anybody crap imo"

One of things that's disappointed me ( although not surprised me) is the scattergun approach again at the end of the window. Going out on wild goose chases and bidding for players like Zaha and Sissoko who are valued at double what we would entertain paying.

All seems a rather pointless exercise.

To me the clearest indication that we have had another clusterfuck of a transfer window is if tom shitting carroll plays more minutes this season than last.none of our squad excite currently.cant believe anyone is happy with what we have got.first 3 games have been dire an we look clueless offensively. This is based on the latest ITK of no more incomings.

Why wouldn't he want to go there as opposed to stay at Newcastle?

Burnt his bridges at newcastle. Probably the end for him up there. The club can't force him to go to Everton if he doesn't want to. Of course he way well want to go there and see that as a good option. Really don't think he wants to stay up there though - after all he hasn't even played this season.

Well, it's 230am here in Australia and I reckon I've sat here since about 8pm continually refreshing this thread hoping for anything to happen.

What a fucking waste of time, eh. This has been a pretty disappointing end to the window. It's too bad there's no football on the weekend for us to take our minds off of it.

Anyway, this part of the forum gets shut down tomorrow, yes? I know it's only a small gesture but I want to thank the admin, mods, @dovahkiin and all the ITK here for their efforts.

And thanks to everyone else for making this literally the only entertaining thing to happen today. If it wasn't for this thread I would have had to.. fuck, I dunno, do something productive, I guess.

I'm going to go dream of waking up to find that Spurs have announced Isco.

What a load of rubbish!

We're crying out for a bit of creativity behind Kane and Levy has once again failed us.

Still time to chuck 18m in 18 instalments at Palace for the Bambi geezer.

Cheers!
