he seems to really be wilting,... loses possession almost every time he gets it tonight. the more confident his team mates play, it seems the more he becomes a deer in the headlights. in the slo mo replay of Son celebrating is second goal with Alli, you can see Lamela behind them and he looks pissed off,... everyone else is celebrating and smiling.... wtf?

In all seriousness, he hasnt been great. But he hasnt been awful either. And he's playing on the left, which he shouldn't be. So drop the fucking pitchforks.

Actually quite impressed with Qarabag. Not very disciplined in defense and we are looking quite average, but they've surprised me. Rose scares me though.

Very happy for Son and the setup for the second was lovely.

are you blind?? running into players,misplaced passes and poor control throughout the team. no shape, our 2nd goal was offside, they should have scored a 2nd, we are playing a poor side at home and making them look good.

Lamela is really short on confidence, I would keep him on for at least some of the second half then take him off if there is no improvement.

Far better going forward is more likely down to us playing at home against a team none of us knew about a few weeks ago.
