We are £17.5m in profit this summer so far, so it's only backing Poch with £2.5m!
JJ also said yesterday that we still need to sell Fazio and Lennon + lose Ade's wages to be able to afford a CM in addition to SB.

Lennon Faz and Ade wages should bring in another 15 mill over the year so that should be spent on a DM

Sounds about right. No real need for any of them and I suspect that clears up quite a few wages as well.
Striker (Berahino) and DM (who knows) presumably.
Not sure in what other position we'd be looking.

Villa and Everton both have suffered poor starts to the season so I am hoping their desire to get Ade and Lennon has increased.

Fantastic news. I like that almost all ITK has pointed towards at least two signings, even though the media links have almost exclusively focused on SB. That tells me that a lot of stuff is happening below the radar, and that we should have more optimism than most posters on here seem to have.

Yes JJ! Hope that comes to fruition. 2-3 in, 3 out. Requires a lot of work but could see it happening. Berahino, DM and a winger in the Yarmolenko/Mahrez mould (or trump the Spammers loan bid for Hernandez).

Wingers have seemed very important this season so far, could definitely see us going for one, although with Andros staying I'd say that's the least likely incoming.

Thanks JJ as ever. Must be difficult with god knows how many waiting on every name and detail. 'Dr JJ'.
General comment and not one asking for a response. In the meantime I'd hope that it will be at least 2 as I really cannot see Dier playing DM for the season. Rather also have sooner than later - although there really isn't a whole lot of 'later' left.
I hope MP will also be happy with the new recruits and they are ones that he genuinely wants and can integrate.
The 3 that are going are good, more for a cathartic and also symbolic purpose than actual I feel - it represents a new step forward.

We still have a big weakness on the rhs imo. With Lamela and Townsend seemingly going nowhere though and Dembele being pushed out there I would be surprised if we brought anyone in there.
Maybe another striker if Poch feels N'jie isn't really a CF.
