Can't help but feel many of you are setting yourself up for disappointment We have got a stadium to pay for bear in mind. Benteke is likely I feel but this big spending by Lewis is this years takeover most likely.

I agree. The big spending will be on Paulinho and a striker (probably Benteke). I really can't see us spending much more this summer.

As you all may know that Chelsea is in Thailand right now, there is one guy from our Spurs Thailand Fanclub post his photo with Lukaku in our Facebook group.

He said that he asked Lukaku which club Benteke is heading to. Lukaku replied to him "Tottenham"

Don't shoot the messenger? After reading that I would like to ask what the messenger is doing on Sunday night? (if female lol)

If we "only" sign Benteke (and sales funded additions e.g. Chadli and possibly a LB) I would be far from disappointed.

To be fair though, if Levy spends just short of £40mil on two players without selling first then that is him spending big!

If we're lucky he might buy another player, at a stretch 2 depending on price, with money from sales.

Heh. I've got an everyday Acer and a nice flashy Samsung. Very happy with both. haven't had anything HP since I bought a printer from them back in the 90's. Utter trash.

They're meant to be much improved apparently and are often near the top or at it when it comes to laptops. Mind you, I tend to distrust those kind of industry findings. You never which journo got what and how much.

Fuck it, they could sell sculpted excrement as far as I care, as long as they send a chunk of their profits our way.

Indeed. Sheeit, I'd happily live with those two signings. If we manage to get a wide player in all the better but really, just a striker is massive. Add in a fantastic CM addition and it'll already be a very good summer.
