shifting unwanted players is tough in this market, this would be a good move for Spurs. Them plus say £7m cash would be a decent deal.

on a separate note, we won't sign more than 2 attacking players.

They're only unwanted on this forum, Jenas played well against stoke and he is still scores more goals than anyone else from center midfielder.

Keano has only had a bad half a season came on against young boys and did well, should have come on for golden boy(Defoe) against Wigan.

Well Mourinho has indicated he wants to keep Diarra and we all know West Ham are going to give us trouble over Parker.

Maybe with both deals looking dead we stepped up the pursuit of a player we've been linked with in the past and a player who Harry knows inside out.

So maybe that's how he can say it.

I meant his choice of words "getting closer" well he hasn't said anything about Muntari all summer, now a story breaks in Italy and we're apparently "getting closer" to signing him

They are also unwanted by Harry, I think.

He might want to keep Jenas as a utility midfielder, but he seems to have had it with Keane.

Not my opinion of the players, just saying it seems to be Harry's.

That's pure speculation at the moment, we'll know more when the transfer window closes.

Muntari it is. Not sure how i feel about him, haven't seen him play since he left the premiership. Experienced though which is good.

Muntari. Happy with that. Jose mourinho bought him. That and harry resigning him is good enough for me.

Some of it is speculation, sure, but Harry has sent some pretty clear signals that they aren't his favorites. Not absolutely sure they are unwanted but I'm pretty sure he *wants* to sell them, if it gets him some other players.
